In the past, leadership was often associated with authority and power. At SEED, we believe the world is changing and taking leadership trends and styles with it. The new generation of leaders will need to behave differently to get followership. NextGen leaders focus on the wellbeing and personal development of themselves and their teams more than ever before. They understand that leadership is not just about leading others but also about leading themselves.
NextGen leaders also believe in having fun in the workplace and creating a positive, friendly work environment. They understand that a psychologically safe work environment increases productivity and creativity. They are not afraid to show vulnerability, which makes them more relatable and approachable to their team members.
